In case the revision or the result of a justified complaint is for you as costumer not acceptable, you are welcome to approach the consumer conciliation board for public transportation.
In juridical conflicts with customers (§ 13 BGB), the
INVG has agreed to participate at the consumer conciliation board, following the consumer conflict settlement law.
